Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Service

LeadZilla provides done-for-you one-page website services for local businesses. Scope, timeline, and handoff details are set in the client agreement for each job.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for giving accurate business details, logos, copy, photos, and domain or hosting access when needed. Delays in those items can delay delivery.

Payments and refunds

Project pricing and any refund terms are defined in the signed agreement or invoice. For the standard LeadZilla site offer, payment is due when the site is live.

Ownership and handoff

Ownership of final deliverables transfers according to the signed agreement after payment is complete. Domains, Netlify accounts, and other hosting or third-party tools remain subject to those providers' own terms.

Warranty disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business results from the delivered website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadZilla and Marlo Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
